Strong long term replacement

The final new inner pipe is designed for load-bearing pipes that are located under roads, railways and building footers. If, for example, a section of clay or cast iron sewer pipe is missing, the new inner lining is designed to be a stand-alone pipe. The internal diameter is only reduced by 5% and the re-lining carries a 10 year warrenty.

The environmental benefits

Pipe re-lining means less material, no wastage pipe to landfill and reduced manufacturing carbon energy. Our total service means no tasks, like surveys, are repeated. Therefore reduction in machinery usage, transportation and emissions.

Pipe re-lining technical details

A sleeve inside the pipe which once cured adds strength to the pipe and also by making it watertight increases flow. Hot cure and ambient cure methods are used on both Polyester and Epoxy resin. Lining can be used on pipe diameters from 75mm to 1200mm

Installation

A resin impregnated felt is pulled into place and inverted using either water or air. Upon curing, the inversion tube is withdrawn and this creates a pipe within a pipe.
